People worry because of unrealistic expectations. It often sets us up for our own disappointment: Jer 17:5-7
Keeps you from enjoying God's promises: Phillipians 4:6; Matthew 6:25
Anxiety makes you forget your self-worth: Matthew 6:26
Anxiety is a complete waste of energy. It solves and produces nothing. It only leads to a burnout: Matthew 6:32
How to win over anxiety?
Set your mind on Christ: Matthew 6:33 - God always proves Himself in your life. Keep your eyes on Jesus, not the circumstances.
Put God first and your worry second: Psalm 62:11
Focus on God
You need the help of The Holy Spirit: John 14:16-18
